WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday thru Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 10-15 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. If your order is urgent and needs to be shipped within 24-48 hours, notify us via email immediately and we will do our best to get you package processed and shipped within that time frame. For International shipping please allow 21-31 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Out of stock items may take additional business days to process and ship.
HUGE REMINDER
ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED 7-10 DAYS AFTER FULFILLMENT. MEANING AFTER ITS BEEN SHIPPED AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER.
EXCHANGE/REFUNDS
Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.

IS MY PRAY PERIOD SHIRT MEN'S OR WOMEN'S SIZING?
All Pray Period shirts, hats and hoodies are unisex sizes unless stated otherwise.
What happens if a package isn't delivered to my customer, but the tracking states that it did?
Pray Period will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, Pray Period would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."
If your customer is unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
